The residential building No. 266 was built before the turn of the century as a five-axis , three-story building. In 1934 it was extended by two axes (but set back) with a street-side house entrance and a gate entrance.
The object is worth preserving due to the formal language of historicism as an indispensable part of the ensemble, its street-defining architecture and for urban planning reasons.
