The Falz-Fein house or house with atlases is a building and architectural monument erected in 1899 in the Ukrainian city of Odessa .
The manor house built in 1899 by the Ukrainian architect Lev Lwowytsch Wlodek ( Ukrainian Лев Львович Влодек ) in imitation of the Dutch architectural style of the 14th century for the German-born Alexander Falz-Fein (1859-1908) and the apartment building attached to it in 1900/1901 In 1917 owned by the family of hereditary honorary citizens of Odessa Falz-Fein.
The ensemble of buildings, which was restored between 1947 and 1948, is an architectural monument and is located at Gogol Street 5-7 in downtown Odessa.
