The home garden is a building on the Renkstraße 1 in Dresden - Südvorstadt , under monument stands.

description

The house built by Hans Richter (1882–1971) around 1929 is an architecture in the style of the “ new objectivity - flat roof, clear cubic forms”.

The building was constructed as a three-storey house on a U-shaped floor plan. "Two long window-loggia strips" divide the building horizontally. The façade, clad with concrete slabs, is clearly broken up "in height ... into numerous cuboids". Hans Richter was mainly active in industrial construction, which can be seen on the metal-framed grilles of the stairwell windows.
