Haus Geist (Münster)
Haus Geist was a noble residence in Münster . The main building was next to today's Clemenshospital .
history
Haus Geist was initially owned by the cathedral chapter . After that, the house was owned by the Bischopinck family until 1624 . With a patent dated June 22, 1845, the house was given the status of a manor suitable for state assembly. In 1959, the last buildings in the house were demolished when the hospital was being built. In 2016, archaeological investigations took place on the occasion of a construction project.
