The office and commercial building house Unser Lieben Frauen Kirchhof 15 is located in Bremen , district Mitte , district Altstadt, Unser Lieben Frauen Kirchhof 15 at the corner of Sögestraße 21 / Queerenstraße. The house was built around 1900. It has been a listed building in Bremen since 1973 .

The five-story, plastered house was built around 1900 in a prime urban location as a residential and commercial building in the historicism style. Its design is very differentiated and playful with its gable facing Sögestraße, the two oriels at the corners, with the onion hoods , two three-story oriels and the gable on the longitudinal front.
Today (2018) there are shops on the ground floor and mostly offices on the upper floors.
