House of Industry (Düren)
The House of Industry is a listed building in Düren , North Rhine-Westphalia . It's on the corner of Tivolistraße / Marie-Juchacz-Straße and has the street address Tivolistraße 76.
The House of Industry is the former villa of the Düren factory owner Carl Schleicher . The building was built around 1890. It is a two - storey neo - baroque villa with five to three axes and a slate mansard roof .
Today (2011) the house is home to the United Industry Associations of Düren, Jülich, Euskirchen und Umgebung eV , Industrie-Wasser-Umwelt eV and a lawyer.
The building is entered in the list of monuments of the city of Düren under no. 1/006.
