The House with Cats ( Ukrainian Будинок з котами ) or Jahymowskoho House ( Буди́нок Ягимо́вського ) is a listed mansion in the Ukrainian capital Kiev .

The house with cats was built in 1909 by the Kiev architect Volodymyr Bessmertnyj (Ukrainian: Володимир Адріанович Безсмертний ; 1861-1940) in Art Nouveau style with neo-Gothic influence for Colonel Fedir Jahymowskyj ( Федів ). From 1917 to 1920 the engineer Stepan Tymoshenko lived in the house.

The architectural monument got its name from the cat motifs attached to the building. In addition to these motifs, there are also owl and chimeric motifs on the house. The building is located in Kiev's city of Shevchenko on Hoholiwska Street ( Hoholiwska wulyzja ) 23 on the outskirts of downtown Kiev.
