The Hawai'i State Route 450 , also known in its entire course as Kamehameha V. Highway , opens up the east of the island of Moloka'i in the state of Hawaii .

The State Route begins in the northeast in the settlement of Hālawa , from where it, leaving the valley of the Hālawa Stream, continues over the central mountains of the island to the south coast. It follows the coastline to its end in Kaunakakai and crosses the villages of Waialua , Pūkoʻo , ʻUalapuʻe and Kamalō on its 30 miles (48 kilometers) long path .
