Hawk , also known as Brawner-Hawk , was an American chassis manufacturer in monoposto racing cars in the 1960s.

The first success with a Hawk Ford scored Mario Andretti at the USAC -Meisterschaftsrennen in Indianapolis Raceway Park in 1965. Andretti won with Hawk race car the USAC championships in 1965, 1966 and 1969. 1969 won Andretti also the 500-mile race at Indianapolis with a hawk. Andretti celebrated his last win with a Hawk in the USAC in 1969 in Seattle.
