Hayk Dèinyan

Hayk Dèinyan ( Armenian Հայկ Դեինյան , Haik Deinjan ; born September 10, 1959 in Yerevan , Armenian SSR ) is an Armenian opera singer ( bass ).

Life

Dèinyan grew up in the Armenian capital Yerevan. After graduating from high school, he first pursued a degree in engineering, but soon discovered his talent for singing. After completing his engineering studies, he changed his direction and decided to study opera singing at the Yerevan State Conservatory .

In 1994 the bass player moved to Germany and has since been engaged in various opera houses. After engagements in Hildesheim and Weimar , he has been part of the opera ensemble of the United City Theaters of Krefeld / Mönchengladbach since 2002 .
