The Hearfield Glacier is 30 km long and 3 km wide glacier in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Victory Mountains, it flows in an east-southeast direction along the southern flank of the Cartographers Range to the Trafalgar Glacier , which it reaches immediately east of Aldridge Peak .
Members of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition (1957-1958) named him after the New Zealand mountaineer Brian Hearfield (* 1935), who took part in the research trip and was also active in the area of the Tucker Glacier .
