Heath (born January 22, 1968 in Amagasaki , Japan as Hiroshi Morie ( Japanese 森 江 博 , Morie Hiroshi )) is a Japanese rock bassist and became known with the band X Japan , which he joined in 1992 as a successor to Taiji. But he also works as a freelance artist and has been in various other bands.

biography

Heath's musical career began in August 1992 when he joined X Japan . During the Extasy Summit in 1992 he got to know hide better, who brought him into the group. Extasy Summits 1992 was a large concert event hosted by X Japan's leader Yoshiki so that lesser-known bands could introduce themselves. From then until its dissolution in 1997, he was part of the group and has been a member again since its reunification in 2007.

Heath started his solo career in late 1994, with his first mini-album released in February 1995.

In 1998 he took part in a few charity concerts and had his first solo appearances.

From 2000 he started the Dope HEADz project together with X Japan's second guitarist Pata . Officially they have been on pause since February 2003 and no one has heard from this project since then.

In October 2003, Heath started a project called RATS , which has been on hold since August 2004.

Lynx is a band formed by Heath on July 24, 2005.
