Heian Yondan
The Heian Yondan is the fourth Kata of the Heian group in Shotokan - Karate . The Karateka leads them to audit the 5th Kyu ago (1 Violettgurt or blue belt). Its process is characterized by great dynamism, through the study of the double forms of defense and the use of foot techniques. It was probably developed from Kushanku . It consists of 27 movements that should be performed in about 50 seconds.
