Heinrich Finder

Heinrich Finder (born July 4, 1886 - † July 4, 1958 ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ). Finder was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament from 1945 to 1949 .

Finder attended elementary and community school before completing an apprenticeship as a locksmith. In 1909 he joined the service of the Semperit company and was involved in the Christian trade union. Between 1914 and 1918 Finder did his military service in the First World War.

Finder was Semperit's works council chairman from 1934 to 1938 and was arrested in 1938 after the National Socialists came to power. In 1945 he held the office of Vice Mayor of Neunkirchen , after which he was a city councilor from 1950 to 1955. He represented the ÖVP from December 12, 1945 to November 5, 1949 in the Lower Austrian state parliament.
