Heinrich Schöchtner

Heinrich Schöchtner (born May 23, 1876 in Zissersdorf ; † December 27, 1953 ) was an Austrian politician ( CSP ). Schöchtner was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament from 1927 to 1932 .

Schöchtner attended elementary school and found a job in the postal service. He took over his father's business in 1912 and worked as a farmer, brickworks owner and postmaster in Zissersdorf near Geras. Schöchtner was chairman of the Geras district chamber of farmers and was active as a functionary of various agricultural cooperatives. He was also mayor of Zissersdorf and was awarded the professional title of economics councilor. Schöchtner represented the Christian Social Party between May 20, 1927 and May 21, 1932 in the Lower Austrian state parliament.
