Zakia Mrisho
Zakia Mrisho ( Zakia Mrisho Mohamed ; born February 19, 1984 in Singida ) is a Tanzanian long-distance runner .
In 2005 she won the Course Féminine de Casablanca and was sixth over 5000 m at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki .
Over the same distance she was eighth the following year at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne , but retired at the World Cup in Osaka and the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing in the preliminary stages.
At the 2009 World Championships in Berlin, she came in 15th place over 5000 m. In 2010 she won the South Tyrolean Spring Half Marathon and the Grand Prix of Prague .
Zakia Mrisho is 1.65 meters tall and weighs 45 kg. She is looked after by Demadonna Athletics .
