Heinrich Stern (cook)

Heinrich Stern (born October 31, 1938 in Hanover ) is a German chef.

Career

Stern did his training in the Maschsee restaurants.

From 1984 his restaurant was awarded a Michelin star for 17 years . In 2004 he retired.

His son Joachim Stern's (* 1960) restaurant was also awarded a Michelin star.
