Heinz Padberg
Heinz Padberg , also Heinrich Padberg , (born April 29, 1931 ; † December 20, 2012 ) was a German ministerial official and state secretary in Brandenburg .
Life
Heinz Padberg was born in Westphalia. He studied law and received his doctorate in 1958 from the University of Cologne . Padberg held positions in the Federal Ministry of Defense in the 1970s and 1980s . With the change of government in 1982 he was put into temporary retirement. From autumn 1990 to April 1996 he was State Secretary in the Ministry of Finance of Brandenburg.
Padberg was a member of the SPD .
