Heinz Wiese (born September 9, 1923 in Recklinghausen , † December 5, 2005 ) was a German SPD politician .

After attending primary and secondary school, Heinz Wiese completed an administrative apprenticeship at the Recklinghausen district office from 1939 to 1941. From 1941 to 1945 he did military service. In 1953 he passed the first administrative examination and in 1955 the second administrative examination.
