Heisdorf ( Luxembourgish Heeschdref , French Heisdorf ) is a district of the Luxembourgish municipality of Steinsel .
geography
Heisdorf is located in the Alzette valley . It is accessible to traffic by the national road 7 (Luxemburg – Mersch), which leads through the town. The place also has a train station on the Luxembourg – Spa railway line .
Heisdorf Castle was built in 1888 in the French Renaissance style. There are some notable trees in the surrounding park.
