Helena Barlow

Helena Barlow (born September 5, 1998 in London ) is a British actress . She played Rose Weasley in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 in 2011 . In 2012 she was featured in Mike Newell's Great Expectations .

Career

As a child, Barlow appeared in several plays, including as a ballet dancer in a performance of The Nutcracker and as Wendy Darling in a school play of Peter Pan .

In 2011 it was announced that she was selected to star in Rose Weasley for the second part of the film adaptation of the novel Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows . In 2011 she made her film debut at the age of twelve. In the same year she appeared in Horrid Henry: The Movie , a film adaptation of Francesca Simon 's children's book Henry the Terrible .

In 2012 she starred in Mike Nevell's adaptation of Charles Dickens ' Great Expectations . Here she played the role of the teenage Estella Havisham , played as an adult by Holliday Grainger .

For the last time as an actress Barlow appeared in 2013 in the title role in the short film Harriet and the Matches by director Miranda Howard-Williams , which is based on the story The sad story with the lighter from Heinrich Hoffmann's Struwwelpeter .
