Helena Grace Foulkes , b. Helena Buonanno (* 1963 or 1964) is an American entrepreneur .

Career

She is the oldest of five children and the daughter of a lawyer . She received her BA from Harvard University with magna cum laude . It was there that she met her husband, WG Foulkes, whom she married in 1989 in a Roman Catholic wedding ceremony . The marriage had four children. She then worked briefly at Goldman Sachs and Tiffany & Co. before completing her MBA at Harvard. In 1992 she started working for the drugstore chain CVS Health . In the widespread health and pharmaceutical company with its 9,600 stores and 18 regional distribution centers, she became Vice President and CMO of CVS.

Since February 19, 2018, she has been CEO of Hudson's Bay Company , Canada's oldest incorporated company .
