Helfer mit Herz was a docu-soap broadcast on RTL from December 20, 2006 to June 3, 2012 , which gave the RTL 2 productions Glück-Wunsch! (formerly: happiness wish! - Vera makes dreams come true ) and Engel in action - with Verona Pooth was similar.
concept
In the show, Vera Int-Veen supports families in need who have suffered a stroke of fate. First, the affected family tells about their problems, whereupon Int-Veen creates solution concepts. In advance of the support, she organizes a short vacation for the family for a few days. During this time Int-Veen will motivate friends, neighbors and other helpers to help the family. In addition to the renovation of the family's home, it is also documented how Int-Veen tries - if necessary - to find a job for a family member or to get a new car. At the end it is shown how the family reacts to the changes. Furthermore, all helpers are presented, who receive a small medal as a thank you for their support .
