Helge Rossen-Stadtfeld
Helge Rossen-Stadtfeld (* 1955 ) is a German legal scholar .
Life
From 1974 to 1979 he studied law and philosophy in Tübingen . After the second state examination in 1983 in Bielefeld and his doctorate in 1987 at Bielefeld University ( freedom of opinion through broadcasting. Freedom of broadcasting in the guarantee structure of Article 5, Paragraph 1 of the Basic Law ), he was a research assistant at the Federal Constitutional Court from 1988 to 1991 . After his habilitation in 1998 in Bielefeld ( execution and negotiation. The modernization of administrative execution ), he represented chairs in Trier , Bielefeld and Frankfurt an der Oder from 1998 to 2000 . In 2000 he took over the professorship for public law at the Faculty of Economics and Organizational Sciences at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich . From 2004 to 2005 he was a fellow at the Wissenschaftskolleg zu Berlin .
