Helmut Bäuerle

Helmut Bäuerle (born July 30, 1944 in Sulzburg , † October 8, 2004 in Koblenz ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Life

Bäuerle, who was a Catholic denomination, attended elementary school until 1962 and then did an apprenticeship as a machine fitter at the Rasselstein company in Andernach. After the journeyman's examination, he did his basic military service and then attended the technical school with a degree as a state-certified machine technician. He then worked as an employee with technical and commercial activities.

In 1976 Bäuerle became a member of the SPD and in 1977 chairman of the local SPD association Saffig . In 1980 he became a member and 1985 deputy chairman of the SPD association council. In 1979 he was elected to the Saffig local council and from 1979 to 1989 he was the second alderman of the Andernach-Land community.

In 1989 he became first local councilor of Saffig, from 1989 to 1991 deputy chairman of the SPD community council group Andernach-Land, managing director and 1992 chairman of the SPD community council group Andernach-Land and member of the SPD sub-district executive committee Mayen-Koblenz.

In 1986 he became chairman of the AWO Saffig, he was a member of the board of the Mayen-Koblenz regional association of the SGK and a member of the IG Chemie .

He was a member of the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament from February 5, 1993 to May 19, 1996 as the successor to the resigned MP Achim Hütten . In the state parliament he was a member of the committee for women's issues, the cultural policy committee, the social policy committee, the study commission »Children in Rhineland-Palatinate«, and the investigation committee »Infected blood«.
