Hemmersbach is a German group of companies that operates internationally as an IT service provider and is based in Nuremberg , specializing in Device as a Service (DaaS). Device as a Service combines hardware, software, lifecycle services and their financing in a single contract with a fee per device (pay per use) . Hemmersbach works exclusively for IT outsourcing companies and IT manufacturers.

The Hemmersbach Group consolidates two subgroups, that of Hemmersbach Worldwide GmbH and that of Viatis Beteiligungs GmbH . The group has branches in 40 countries.

history

Already in 1996, after graduating from high school, Ralph Koczwara started working as a service provider for the IT industry in southern Germany. In 2000, Ralph Koczwara bought the Hemmersbach brand in order to be able to offer IT services throughout Germany. In 2007 the first country branch was opened in Wroclaw , Poland , thus starting the internationalization of the company. With the establishment of the Singapore branch in 2015 and with more than 40 country branches, Hemmersbach is now represented on all continents.

Awards

In the Financial Times statistics "FT1000: Europe's fastest growing companies" from 2017, Hemmersbach achieved a place in the top 10 companies with a total turnover of more than € 100 million in the "Technology" category.

Hemmersbach was awarded the “ Bavaria's Best 50 ” prize three times (2013, 2016, 2019) as one of the fastest growing companies in Bavaria.

Hemmersbach Direct Action

Hemmersbach runs direct campaigns with its own initiatives and combats ecological and humanitarian grievances. To this end, Hemmersbach invests 20% of its profits annually in these initiatives. All initiatives are financed without donations and supported with the commitment of our own employees.

"Hemmersbach Rhino Force" is a direct action to protect rhinos in Africa from extinction. The main activities of the Rhino Force include an "Elite Anti-Poaching Unit" to prevent the killing of rhinos by poachers; the "Hemmersbach Rhino Force Cryovault" Biobank for the conservation of rhino genes and the "Black Rhino Reintroduction" project to the black rhino in the Mid Zambezi Valley in Zimbabwe to resettle.

In 2018 "Hemmersbach Kids' Family" was founded with the aim of supporting children all over the world who live in poor conditions. Through direct actions, the initiative focuses on providing children with better living conditions, access to education, and psychological and medical care.
