Hendrik Jacobus Prins

Hendrik Jacobus Prins (* 1889 ; † 1958 ) was a Dutch chemist and discoverer of the Prins reaction .

After completing his studies, Prins joined the Nederlandsche Thermo-Chemische Fabrieken in 1924, where he later took over as President. His scientific achievements were based on experiments that he carried out in his private laboratory next to his home.
