The old company premises of the former Henninger-Bräu AG in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen Süd are referred to as the Henninger area . A residential area with approx. 1000 residential units and a local supply center will be built on it.

The Henninger area has an area of ​​approx. 9 hectares. It includes the New Henninger Tower , Frankfurt's second-highest high-rise apartment building at 140 meters with 209 apartments, its immediate surroundings and the area east of it between Hainerweg and Wendelsweg , on which around 800 residential units and a day-care center are being built under the project name Stadtgärten Henninger Turm .

The grounds of the Binding brewery are located to the west of the area.
