Henri de Saint-Sulpice

Henri de Saint-Sulpice († December 20, 1576 ) was one of the mignons of the French king Henry III. He was the cousin of another Mignon, Jacques de Lévis .

He took part in the (first) siege of La Rochelle in 1573 . In September 1575 he was appointed Baron de Saint-Sulpice, in January 1576 captain of the Chevaulegers of the Guard. On February 25, 1576 he married Catherine de Carmaing de Nègrepelisse.

On December 20, 1576 he was murdered on behalf of one of his opponents after a dispute.
