Henrikas Boleslovas Jackevičius
Henrikas Boleslovas Jackevičius (born June 1, 1929 in Ažupiečiai , Anykščiai Rajongemeinde ) is a Lithuanian former politician , Vice Minister , Deputy Minister of Transport of Lithuania .
biography
Henrikas Boleslovas Jackevičius attended primary schools in Anykščiai . After graduating from high school in 1947 at Anykščiai, he studied from 1947 to 1952 at the Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas and then trained as an engineer at the Technical University of Kaunas . Jackevičius has lived in Vilnius since 1957 .
From 1966 to 1977 he was Deputy Minister for Automobile Transport and Highways. From 1980 to 1990 he was a deputy in the Supreme Soviet of Soviet Lithuania . From 1990 he worked as Vice Minister of Transport.
Jackevičius headed Lietuvos krepšinio federacija as president .

His father was Jaroslavas Jackevičius (1877-1934), a craftsman. His mother was Zofija Kairytė-Jackevičienė (1890-1983). His brother is Eduardas Jackevičius (* 1913), civil engineer.
Henrikas Boleslovas Jackevičius has been married since 1953. With his wife Genė Gražytė-Jackevičienė (* 1929), an agronomist, he has the son Gintaras Jackevičius (* 1956), road construction engineer.
