Henry Moubray Cadell

Henry Moubray Cadell (born May 30, 1860 in Crawhill , Scotland, † April 19, 1936 ) was a Scottish geologist.

He studied in Edinburgh and Clausthal and obtained his B.Sc. in 1882. in Edinburgh. From the following year he worked as a geologist at the Geological Survey in Scotland. In 1888 he became a landowner and mine owner in Grange and the following year County Councellor. From 1919 to 1924 he was Chairman of the Council of the Royal Scottish Geographical Society and from 1927 its Vice-President.
