Herbert Nenndorf
The Herbert Nenndorf GmbH was a plagiarism case of the automotive journalists Halwart Schrader invented. In his standard work, Die große Automobil-Enzyklopädie , which was written together with Harald H. Linz and published in 1985 . 100 years of history, 2500 brands from 65 countries , he listed this fictitious German manufacturer of automobiles in order to be able to prove plagiarism . The DVD version from 2008 no longer mentions Nenndorf.
According to Schrader, he has successfully asserted claims for recourse against plagiarists.

“In 1923/1924 Herbert Nenndorf GmbH in Stettin manufactured a two-seater with a four-cylinder Körting engine (1.5 liters). The main buyer must have been an importer in Copenhagen who ordered 25 pieces with a box body for a newspaper distributor. "
