Hercules in Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom ( Allentown , Pennsylvania , USA ) was a wooden roller coaster manufactured by Dinn Corporation , which opened on May 6, 1989. It was designed by Curtis D. Summers .
At the time of its opening, it was the largest wooden roller coaster in the world, but due to its weak design, it was closed on September 1, 2003 and replaced by the Hydra the Revenge roller coaster .
Trains
Hercules owned two trains from the manufacturer Philadelphia Toboggan Coasters with six cars each. Four people (two rows of two people) could sit in each car.
