Herman F. Young
Herman F. Young was a politician from St. Vincent and the Grenadines .
He represented the constituency of South Leeward in the House of Assembly from October 15, 1951 to February 2, 1966 . Initially he was a member of the Eight Army Liberation Party , from 1954 the People's Political Party and from 1957 the People's Liberation Movement .
