Hermann Hasselmann

Hermann Hasselmann (* unknown; † February 3, 1920 near Kleinkühnau ) was a German pilot and aviation pioneer.

Hasselmann worked for the 116 artillery squadron in Paderborn until January 20, 1920 . On February 1, 1920, he entered a new job as a pilot in the aircraft manufacturer Junkers & Co. at. On February 3, 1920, he crashed with a Junkers F 13 near Kleinkühnau. Hasselmann did not survive the accident.

The city of Magdeburg had temporarily named a street ( Hasselmannstrasse ) in his honor. In Dessau a new street was named Hermann-Hasselmann-Straße.
