Live and act

After studying law in Munich and Göttingen , Hermann Heimhardt became a trainee lawyer at the Higher Regional Court of Celle and three years later a court assessor . In November 1935 he moved to the Reich Ministry for Food and Agriculture and in October 1936 worked for the Führer ’s deputy . On March 29, 1939, he was initially acting as a substitute, then from September onwards and from November 6, 1939 as the district administrator of the Meschede district . On January 2, 1941, he was seconded to Paris as a war administrator and put on hold in January 1942 for disposition. The Dortmund Service Penal Chamber sentenced him on March 17, 1942 for a criminal offense involving removal from service. The reason for this was the sentencing to three months in prison for being completely drunk by a military court in Dijon. On May 13, 1945 Heimhardt was dismissed as district administrator by order of the military government . He had joined the NSDAP in November 1932 and was SA Obersturmführer .
