Hermann Peters (politician, 1873)

Hermann Peters (born November 12, 1873 in Stralsund , † after 1920) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Life

After attending elementary school, Peters completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter, which he completed with a journeyman's examination. He worked as a carpenter's journeyman until 1907, passed the master craftsman's examination and then worked as a self-employed master carpenter in Parchim until 1920 . After joining the SPD, he worked as a party and trade union official, first in Rostock and then in Parchim, where he became a member of the local council in 1919. From 1919 to 1920 he was a member of the Constituent Assembly of the Free State of Mecklenburg-Schwerin .
