Hermann Slink

Hermann Slink (born January 6, 1889 in Aurich , † December 17, 1966 in Norden ) was a German politician (SPD).

Slink attended elementary school from 1895 to 1903 and then did an apprenticeship as a printer. From 1907 Slink was unionized. From 1907 to 1914 he worked as a printer in various cities. In 1914 he enlisted for the war and returned in 1918. A year later he joined the SPD and worked as a printer in Varel until 1924. From 1929 to 1933 he was an employee in the Senate of the city of Norden. He lost this position when the National Socialists came to power. After the end of the Second World War he was a member of the appointed Hanover state parliament from August to October 1946.
