Herminier
The Herminier ( Latin Gens Herminia ) were a Roman gens with the noun Herminius . They are of Etruscan origin, as indicated by the introduction of a fictional Etruscan named Herminius in Virgil's Aeneid and the Etruscan first name Lar of a representative of this family.
We know two historical representatives of Hermier:
- Lar Herminius , consul 448 BC Chr.
- Titus Herminius , consul 506 and 493 BC Chr.
