Herzenslust is a polka by Johann Strauss Sohn (op. 3). The work was performed for the first time on October 15, 1844 in Dommayers Casino in Vienna.

Remarks

The work was part of the very first concert by Johann Strauss (son), who started his career as a dance bandmaster. It is a so-called Bohemian polka , as it was popular in Vienna at that time.
