Hicham Mahdoufi ( Arabic هشام محذوفي, DMG Hišām Maḥḏūfī ; * August 5, 1983 in Khouribga ) is a Moroccan football player and currently active as a midfielder in the Ukrainian Wyschtscha Liha for Metalist Kharkiv as well as in the Moroccan national team .

Mahdoufi played at Olympique Khouribga in his hometown until 2007 and became Moroccan champions with the club in 2007 and won the Moroccan Cup in 2006. In July 2007 Mahdoufi signed a contract with the Ukrainian club Dynamo Kiev , but was only used there in the second team and was therefore awarded to league rivals Metalist Kharkiv on August 30th .

Mahdoufi has been his country's national player since 2006. He is in the Moroccan squad for the Africa Cup of Nations 2008 in Ghana.
