Hijack (band)

Hijack is a British hip-hop - band , which was very successful in the first half of the 1990s after the US - rapper Ice-T had discovered and produced.

Her style is Britcore , which means loud, fast and shrill samples that are also reminiscent of Public Enemy . Her LP Horns of Jericho is a very rare and sought-after rarity. There are allusions to terrorism and scratch solos in their pieces . Critical texts by them became known, for example on the subject of child abuse .

The band also had many appearances in Germany, but was misunderstood due to their stage behavior: They shot fake Uzis and pistols in the air.
