Hilma Natalia Granqvist (born July 17, 1890 in Sipoo , † February 25, 1972 in Helsinki ) was a Finnish-Swedish anthropologist .

Life

Granqvist was a student of Edward Westermarck . In the 1920s and 1930s she was doing field studies in Palestine . Her research dealt, among other things, with the question of the influence of research on the history of religion on religious education and the position of religion in the population.
