Raspberry cake
A raspberry cake (colloquially regionally also raspberry cake ) is a fruit cake that is flavored with raspberries as the main ingredient.
History and preparation
The raspberry cake, or the raspberry cake, can be proven in Europe through recipes from 1786. In Polish cuisine , the raspberry cake is known as tort malinowy as a regional baking specialty.
For used in the Himbeertorte pre-baked pie crusts are primarily Mürbeteigböden used, on which a layer biscuit is placed. Fresh raspberries or raspberry pieces are always used, which are fixed with cake icing . In contrast, batter is predominantly used for raspberry cakes .
There are also raspberry slices that contain raspberries, cream and cookies as main ingredients. In the pastry shop as well as in the bakery , spelled and fruit slices with raspberries are also offered.
