The building was built in the early 20th century. It was entered under no. H 015 on December 4, 1984 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
architecture
Building No. 160 is a two-story three - window house with a right-hand bay window on the upper floor and on the mansard floor. The original entrance to the house on the right with oak doors and wrought iron bars has been preserved. The mansard roof has two dormer windows with pointed gables for residential purposes.
