Holy Fuck is an experimental rock band from Toronto , Canada . They belong to Dependent Music, an artist collective that has existed since 1994 and which also has a label on which bands like Holy Fuck, Wintersleep and Land of Talk publish.
history
Since Graham Walsh and Brian Borcherdt founded it in 2004, Holy Fuck has played at all major festivals such as As Coachella , Lollapalooza , Glastonbury Festival , Montreal Jazz Festival and SXSW played in Texas. The band's drummer is former Enon drummer Matt Schultz. Live sometimes the band's line-up is supplemented by friends.
Many of her songs are created on the tour and are recorded under live conditions in the studio after the tour. At their concerts, the band uses not only conventional musical instruments but also unusual objects to generate sound, such as a children's keyboard or an old film synchronizer. In the concert, the devices actually play, no samples from the laptop are used. Holy Fuck concerts are often broadcast live on the internet.
