Enon is an American indie band from New York City , formed in 1999.

history

After the end of Brainiac and the death of the singer Timmy Taylor, John Schmersal founded the group Enon together with two other musicians, Rick Lee and Steve Calhoon.

Calhoon left Enon. Toko Yasuda (previously with Blonde Redhead , The Van Pelt , The Lapse ) and Matt Schulz took on Calhoon's part in the band. Rick Lee left Enon in 2005. Matt Schultz also left Enon in 2008 and joined Holy Fuck .
