The building

The residential building at Holzstrasse 31 is in Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia in the city center. There are still several listed houses in the street.

The two-storey row house was built around 1900. It has a four-axis plastered facade with neo-baroque stucco structure and a basement . The front door and the windows are still original.

The building is registered under No. 1/032 in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
