Hong Bang University
The Hong Bang University ( HBU ), even private university Hong Bang ( Vietnamese Trường Đại học HONGBANG ; English Hong Bang University ) is a private university in Ho Chi Minh City , Vietnam .
The university was founded in 1997 and is located in "Hong Bang University City", a separate district in Ho Chi Minh City. Over 6000 students study on 42 courses and 9 faculties with Bachelor, Master and Ph.D. degrees. President is Nguyễn Mạnh Hùng (as of 2007).
A cooperation agreement has been in place with the Technical University Bergakademie Freiberg since 1998 .
