The label was founded by the band Your Favorite Enemies in April 2007 in Quebec . The reason for the establishment of the label was the marketing of its own publications. In June 2007 the band released their EP And If I Was To Die In The Morning… Would I Still Be Sleeping With You , followed a year later by the debut album Love Is A Promise Whispering Goodbye . Other artists are now under contract with the label.
